Danielle

Danielle is a registered Clinical Psychologist. She is a member of the Australian Psychology Society and a member of the College for Clinical Psychologists. She also supervises other psychologists as a Board Approved Supervisor. 

Danielle has a keen interest in working with people to support them during difficult periods in their lives. She has an empathetic and approachable nature. Danielle is a non-judgmental clinician who works to achieve the best outcomes, in collaboration with clients. Her aim is to make clients feel comfortable, supported and heard, as well as to provide evidenced based interventions. Danielle is authentic and honest and she is a practical clinician, who prioritises clear, problem solving approaches, balanced with longer-term goals. 

Danielle has a passion for working with ADHD presentations especially in teen/adult women. She has experience in supporting those with trauma symptoms, people experiencing separation or family changes, substance use, self-esteem concerns, depression and anxiety and those experiencing relational concerns. Danielle is an expert helping you to understand and acceptance of difficult familial dynamics in adulthood. She has completed an extra year of study in systemic therapy to support couples and families experiencing stressors in their interactions. Danielle developed the 'Brainstorm Program' for teens and adults to better manage the symptoms of ADHD. Ease runs Brainstorm several times per year. 

Danielle has been working with clients for 15 years in both Forensic and Clinical Psychology. Currently, she is a PhD Candidate studying Artificial Intelligence (AI), crisis support, mental health and suicide prevention.

Penelope

Penelope is currently endorsed as a Clinical Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). She is a member of the Australian Psychological Society and the College of Clinical Psychologists.

 

Penelope has experience working with a range of clients in community settings, from childhood to adulthood. She is particularly interested in mental health presentations such as anxiety and depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, and ADHD. Penelope has completed specialist training in the management of emotional regulation and frustration tolerance symptoms, including self-harm and relational concerns.

Penelope provides client-centred, empathetic and evidence-based psychological treatment to assist her clients to achieve their personal goals and to live a full and meaningful life.

Abbey

Abbey is currently endorsed as a Clinical Psychologist through AHPRA and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).

Abbey is an approachable, warm and empathic clinician. Her aim in sessions is to allow clients a space to express themselves and provide evidenced based treatments to support them. Abbey utilises a strengths-based and client-centred approach in order to nurture independence and identity with her clients, and to ultimately allow them to flourish. She has an interest in working with presentations such as anxiety and depression, as well as with concerns around self-esteem, behavioural difficulties (such as ADHD) and mood dysregulation. Abbey has specialised training with managing child and anxiety through facilitating the Macquarie University Cool Kids Program with young people.

 

Abbey enjoys working with children and adolescents, working collaboratively to achieve their goals, whilst having some fun along the way! However, she also has experience working with clients across the lifespan in a number of settings, including community settings and with Australian Defence Force personnel.

Hanna

Hanna is a registered psychologist as endorsed by AHPRA and a member of the APS.  

Over the years, Hanna have developed an understanding of the impacts of complex trauma and the risks it can pose to individuals. She always approaches therapy in a safe and supportive manner, emphasising the use of evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, and ACT. She has a keen interest in ADHD and neurodivergence and several years experience in assessment and treatment. Her ultimate goal is to help you achieve your personal and professional goals and lead a happier, more fulfilling life. Whether you're looking to overcome a specific challenge or simply looking to improve your overall quality of life, Hanna can help. She offers a warm, welcoming and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions in a safe and supportive environment.

Hanna enjoys working with clients aged from late childhood, to adolescence to adults of all ages.
