Lilia Piper

Lilia is our administrative assistant at Ease Psychology. She joined us after gaining experience as a dental receptionist. She is currently studying a double degree at the ANU. The combination of her skills in administration, her attention to detail, her energy and, her interest in community health make her a great fit for our practice. Danielle
Danielle is a registered Clinical Psychologist. She is a member of the Australian Psychology Society and the College for Clinical Psychologists. She also supervises other psychologists as a Board-Approved Supervisor. Danielle has completed accredited EMDR (Eye Movement and De-Sensitisation and Reprocessing) training. ​Danielle enjoys working with people to support them during difficult periods in their lives. She is a nonjudgmental clinician who works to achieve the best outcomes in collaboration with clients. Her aim is to make clients feel comfortable, supported, and heard and to provide evidence-based interventions authentically. Danielle is a practical clinician who prioritises clear, problem-solving approaches balanced with longer-term goals. ​Danielle has a passion for working with ADHD and anxiety presentations, especially in teen/adult women. She has experience in supporting those with trauma symptoms (EMDR), people experiencing separation or family changes, substance use, self-esteem concerns and those experiencing relational concerns. Danielle is experienced in helping you to understand and accept difficult familial dynamics in adulthood. She has completed an extra year of study in systemic therapy to support couples and families experiencing stressors in their interactions. Danielle developed the 'Brainstorm Program' for adults to better manage the symptoms of ADHD. Ease runs Brainstorm several times per year. ​​Danielle has been working with clients for 15 years in both Forensic and Clinical Psychology. Penelope
Penelope is currently endorsed as a Clinical Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). She is a member of the Australian Psychological Society and the College of Clinical Psychologists. Penelope has experience working with a range of clients in community settings, from childhood to adulthood. She is particularly interested in mental health presentations such as anxiety and depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, and ADHD. Penelope has completed specialist training in the management of emotional regulation and frustration tolerance symptoms, including self-harm and relational concerns.​Penelope provides client-centred, empathetic and evidence-based psychological treatment to assist her clients to achieve their personal goals and to live a full and meaningful life.

Hanna
Hanna is a registered psychologist as endorsed by AHPRA and a member of the APS. ​Over the years, Hanna have developed an understanding of the impacts of complex trauma and the risks it can pose to individuals. She always approaches therapy in a safe and supportive manner, emphasising the use of evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, and ACT. She has a keen interest in ADHD and neurodivergence and several years experience in assessment and treatment. Her ultimate goal is to help you achieve your personal and professional goals and lead a happier, more fulfilling life. Whether you're looking to overcome a specific challenge or simply looking to improve your overall quality of life, Hanna can help. She offers a warm, welcoming and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions in a safe and supportive environment.​Hanna enjoys working with clients aged from adolescence to adults of all ages.

Anushka
Anushka is a provisional psychologist in her sixth and final year of her psychological training, completing her Master of Professional Psychology. She chose psychology as a second career, driven by a desire for her work to contribute to the betterment of the lives of others. Anushka is passionate about supporting clients facing a variety of presentations, and she has a keen interest in ADHD and neurodivergence. She works with clients across the lifespan, with a focus on children and adolescents. Anushka utilises a collaborative, strength-based approach to each client's unique goals, and needs, drawing from her expertise in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). She is also interested in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) as therapeutic modalities. Anushka is committed to fostering a warm, safe, and non-judgmental environment. She aims to empower her clients to deepen their self-awareness and take meaningful steps toward enhancing their well-being.

Erin
Erin is a provisional psychologist in her sixth and final year of psychological training, completing her Master of Professional Psychology. She takes a warm, collaborative, and client-centered approach, drawing on evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness interventions. Erin values creating a supportive space for clients to build insight, develop practical skills, and achieve meaningful growth using a strengths-based approach. She works with children, adolescents, and adults, with a keen interest in anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, self-esteem challenges, and identity and values exploration.
