The Cool Kids Program is an evidence-based program designed to support children in managing anxiety and building confidence. It provides practical skills to help children cope with worries, face fears, and develop resilience. It is based on cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and has strong research evidence supporting its effectiveness in reducing anxiety in children.
Who is this for?
This program is suitable for children who may experience excessive worry or anxiety, difficulty separating from parents, social anxiety or shyness, avoidance of activities, or low confidence. Suitable for children aged 8 to 12 years.
