Our modalities are Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Systemic Family and Couple Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Ease Psychology provides 50-minute sessions from the comfort of our office, or through Telehealth if preferred. Our fees range from $260 (Registered Psychologist- Medicare rebate of $96.65) to $300 per session (Clinical Psychologist, Medicare rebate of $141.85). EMDR sessions are 80 minutes, and the fee is $450 with Danielle (with a $141.85 rebate per session). Clients require a Mental Health Care Plan from their GP before their first session to be eligible for rebates and can access up to 10 sessions per calendar year.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your appointment, please allow a minimum of 48 hours (business days) notice. You should email admin@easepsychology.com.au to ensure cancellations are received and time-marked. We consistently charge cancellation fees for each missed session regardless of the reason for non-attendance. If you prefer to have your appointment rather than pay the fee and not attend, you can request a telehealth session instead. Also, if you can find a time with your psychologist or our administrative assistant to re-book your session within the two weeks before your next appointment (e.g. if you are unwell or away), we will not charge a cancellation fee. If you fail to attend your rescheduled appointment, the original cancellation fee will be charged.  Please note- clinicians do not have the discretion to waive your cancellation fee, our administration manages these fees according to our Cancellation Policy. Please treat our administrative staff with respect.
