You should email admin@easepsychology.com.au to ensure cancellations are received and time marked. We will be consistently charging cancellation fees for each missed session from January 2023 regardless of the reason for non-attendance. If you would prefer to have your appointment rather than pay the fee and not attend, you can request a telehealth session instead. Also, if you can find a time with your psychologist or our administrative assistant to re-book your session within the two-week time period before your next appointment (e.g. if you are unwell or away), we will not charge a cancellation fee. If you fail to attend your re-booked appointment, the original cancellation fee will be charged.  Individual clinicians do not have the discretion to wave your cancellation fee, our administration manage these fees. Please treat our administrative staff with respect.
